My experience on the course
I found the MSc hugely engaging, and it has been very useful to me since graduating. The MSc was great fun, and has enabled me to grow my professional skills, standing, and understanding, of the digital educational landscape.
What I'm doing now
I am the Senior Information Adviser for the School of Health and Social Care at London South Bank University. A direct consequence of the MSc is that I lectured at the University of Chichester on their Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCertLTHE) on the 'Pedagogy of E-learning', which (of course!) was delivered purely online.
I have a chapter in the book 'The end of wisdom', looking at 'Digital Pedagogy and the Student Voice', examining students' views on digital delivery in light of the 'new' fees regime. In 2015 I was successful in being awarded a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), one of only 5 Librarians in the UK to have done so, this was, in part, based around a case study of my teaching on the PG course.
